မွတ္ထားရမည့္ တခ်ိဳ႕ေသာ Adjective ေတြေနာက္မွာ လိုက္ေသာ Preposition

တခ်ိဳ႕ေသာ Adjective ေတြေနာက္မွာ လိုက္တဲ႕ Preposition ေတြကို ေသခ်ာမွတ္ထားရတယ္ ။ မွားသံုးလုိ႕ လံုး၀ မရပါဘူး ။

fond of= သေဘာက်ေသာ ။ ခ်စ္ခင္ေသာ
I am very of children.
က်ေနာ္က ကေလးေတြဆို သိပ္ခ်စ္တာ ။

We are really fond of reading.
က်ေနာ္တုိ႕က စာဖတ္ရတာဆို သိပ္ၾကိဳက္ ။

afraid of = ေၾကာက္ေသာ ။
My child is afraid of the dark.
က်မ ကေလးက အေမွာင္ ေၾကာက္တတ္တယ္ ။

Don't be afraid of the responsibilites if you want democracy.
ဒီမိုကေရစီ လုိခ်င္ရင္ တာ၀န္ကိုေတာ႕ မေၾကာက္နဲ႕ေလ ။

famous for = နာမည္ၾကီးေသာ
Bangkok is famous for its shopping centres.

What is Burma famous for ?
ၿမန္မာၿပည္က ဘာအတြက္ နာမည္ၾကီးတာလဲ ။

angry about something = တစ္ခုခုကို ေဒါသၿဖစ္ေသာ
Mom was angry about my answer.

angry at/with someone = တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္ကို ေဒါသၿဖစ္ေသာ (at ေရာ with ေရာ မွန္ပါတယ္ )

My boss was angry with/at the staff.
Why are you angry with me ?

upset about/over/by something.= တစ္ခုခုေၾကာင္႕ ၀မ္းနည္း ေဒါသၿဖစ္
She was upset by the breakup of their parents' marriage.
မိဘေတြ ကြဲသြားေတာ႕ သူမ စိတ္ညစ္ရတယ္ ။

curious about = စပ္စုလုိေသာ
Children are curious about animals and how they live.
ကေလးေတြက တိရစၦာန္ေတြ အေၾကာင္းနဲ႕ သူတုိ႕ ဘယ္လုိ ေနတယ္ထုိင္တယ္ဆိုတာ စပ္စုေလ႕ရွိတယ္ ။

satisfied with = ေက်နပ္ေသာ
I tried my best but my senior wasn't satisfied with my work.
က်ေနာ္ကေတာ႕ အစြမ္းကုန္ ၾကိဳးစားတာဘဲ ဒါေပမယ္႕ စီနီယာက က်ေနာ္လုပ္တာကို သေဘာမက်ဘူး ။

keen on = စိတ္၀င္စားေသာ
She is very keen on reading.

Are you really keen on her?
မင္း သူမကို တကယ္ စိတ္၀င္စားတာလား ။

My family is keen on gardening.
တို႕ မိသားစုက စိုက္ရ ပ်ိဳးရတာ သိပ္၀ါသနာပါတာ ။
