လာမယ့္ ၂၀၃၅ ခုႏွစ္ေလာက္မွာ ကမၻာေပၚမွာ ဆင္းရဲတဲ့ႏုိင္ငံဆိုတာ မရွိ သေလာက္ျဖစ္သြားလိမ့္မယ္လို႔ ကမၻာေက်ာ္သူေဌးႀကီး ဘီလ္ဂိတ္စ္က ခန္႔မွန္းလိုက္ပါတယ္။

မုိက္က႐ိုေဆာ့ဖ္ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕အႀကီးအကဲ မစၥတာဂိတ္စ္က သူနဲ႔သူ႔ဇနီး မလဲန္ဒါတို႔ရဲ႕ ဒီယံုၾကည္ခ်က္ကို ဗုဒၶဟူးေန႔က ထုတ္ျပန္တဲ့ ႏွစ္ပတ္လည္ေပးစာမွာ တင္ျပခဲ့တာ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဒါဟာ ၁၉၆၀ ႏွစ္ေတြအတြင္း ျဖစ္ရပ္ေတြအေပၚမွာ မူတည္ၿပီး ေကာက္ခ်က္ခ်ခဲ့တာလို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။

၁၉၆၀ ႏွစ္ေတြတုန္းက ကမၻာေပၚမွာ သိပ္ၿပီးခ်မ္းသာတဲ့ႏိုင္ငံနဲ႔ သိပ္ၿပီးဆင္းရဲတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံပဲ ရွိခဲ့ေပမယ့္ အခုေခတ္မွာေတာ့ ဆင္းရဲခ်မ္းသာကြာဟမႈဟာ သိပ္မရွိ ေတာ့ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ အဲဒီကာလကစၿပီး ကမၻာ့ခ်မ္းသာတဲ့ႏုိင္ငံေတြျဖစ္ေအာင္ ပညာေရး၊ ႏုိင္ငံ့အေျခခံအေဆာက္အအံုေတြ၊ စိုက္ပ်ဳိးေရး၊ ေဆးပညာနဲ႔ တည္ၿငိမ္မႈေတြက ပံ့ပိုးေပးတဲ့နမူနာေကာင္းကိုယူၿပီး တျခားႏိုင္ငံေတြက အလားတူ လုပ္ေဆာင္လာတာေတြ႔ရတယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။

ဥပမာ အဲဒီအခ်ိန္က အဆင္းရဲဆံုးလို႔ေျပာႏုိင္တဲ့ တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံဟာ ေနာက္ဆံုးေပၚ စက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းေတြ၊ သိပၸံပညာရပ္ေတြ၊ ေစ်းကြက္အေျခခံတဲ့ စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းေတြနဲ႔ တိုးတက္ေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရာကေန အခုလို ႂကြယ္ဝတဲ့ႏုိင္ငံ အျဖစ္ကိုေရာက္လာတာ ၾကည့္ရင္သိႏုိင္တယ္လို႔ ေထာက္ျပပါတယ္။

အခုအခ်ိန္မွာ ဝင္ေငြအနည္းဆံုး ဆင္းရဲတဲ့ႏုိင္ငံဆိုလို႔ ဆယ္ႏိုင္ငံေတာင္ မျပည့္ေတာ့တာ ေတြ႔ရတဲ့အတြက္ အခုလို ခန္႔မွန္းႏိုင္တာလို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။ စီးပြားေရးနဲ႔လူမႈေရးကို အဓိကအေျပာင္းအလဲေတြ ျဖစ္ေစတာဟာ နည္းပညာနဲ႔တီထြင္မႈလို႔ယံုၾကည္တဲ့ မစၥတာဂိတ္စ္က ဒီ တီထြင္ႀကံဆမႈေတြနဲ႔ ဆက္လက္ၿပီး တိုးတက္ေအာင္လုပ္ဖို႔ တိုက္တြန္းထားပါတယ္။

Almost No Poor Nations By 2035? That's What Bill Gates Says

It is a myth that "poor countries are doomed to stay poor," and by the year 2035, "there will be almost no poor countries left in the world," Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Bill Gates about the work of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and conditions in the nations where the foundation works.
Gates sees a world where once-impoverished countries have already made tremendous progress and where more will follow their lead.
Here's some of his thinking:
— "The global picture of poverty has been completely redrawn in my lifetime. Per-person incomes in Turkey and Chile are where the United States level was in 1960. Malaysia is nearly there, as is Gabon. And that no-man's-land between rich and poor countries has been filled in by China, India, Brazil, and others."
— "Since 1960, China's real income per person has gone up eightfold. India's has quadrupled, Brazil's has almost quintupled, and the small country of Botswana, with shrewd management of its mineral resources, has seen a thirty-fold increase. There is a class of nations in the middle that barely existed 50 years ago, and it includes more than half of the world's population."
