တရုတ္ ႏိုင္ငံသားတို႔ ကေလး ၂ ေယာက္ ေမြးလို႔ရျပီ

တရုတ္ျပည္သူ႔ သမၼတႏိုင္ငံမွာ ၁၉၇၀ ေက်ာ္ ေနာင္းပိုင္းကစလို႔ ခ်မွတ္ ထားတဲ့ One Child Policy ကို ပယ္ဖ်က္လိုက္ျပီ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရပါတယ္။ ပယ္ဖ်က္တယ္ဆုိတာထက္ ျပင္ဆင္တယ္ဆုိရင္ ပိုမွန္ပါမယ္။

ယခု ခ်မွတ္လိုက္တဲ့ တိုင္းျပည္ လူဦးေရ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ေရး ေပၚလစီအရ သားသမီး ၂ ဦးအထိ ယူႏုိင္ေၾကာင္း သိရ ပါတယ္။ ဒီအတြက္ ေနာက္ႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာအထိ ေသခ်ာတြက္ခ်က္ျပီးေတာ့ ျပန္လည္ ျပင္ဆင္ လိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ One Child Policy အရ Social Problem ေတြအမ်ားၾကီးကုိ ရင္ဆိုင္ခဲ့ရ တာေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္မွာေတာင္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးဦးေရ ၁၀၀ ရွိရင္ အမ်ိဳးသားက ၁၁၈ ဦး ရွိပါတယ္။ အမ်ိဳးသား ၁၈ ေယာက္ ေလာက္က ၁၀၀ အခ်ိဳးမွာ ပိုေနျပီး လူဦးေရ သန္း ၁၅၀၀ နီးပါး ရွိတဲ့ တရုတ္ျပည္မွာ အိမ္ေထာင္ မက်တဲ့ အမ်ိဳသား ဦးေရက သန္း ရာေက်ာ္ ရွိလာေစ ပါတယ္။

One Child Policy ေၾကာင့္မို႔ အမ်ိဳးသားကိုပဲ အမ်ားစု လိုခ်င္တဲ့ တရုတ္ မိသားစုေတြဟာ မိန္းကေလး ေမြးရင္ စြန္႔ပစ္တာတို႔ ကိုယ္ဝန္ျဖတ္ခ် တာတို႔ လုပ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ လူမွုေရး ျပႆနာေတြ ပုိျဖစ္ လာျခင္း ျဖစ္ ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မို႔ ဥပေဒကုိ ျပန္လည္ျပင္ဆင္ရန္ ၾကိဳးပမ္းျခင္း ျဖစ္ ပါတယ္။ သုိ႔ေပမယ့္ မိဘ ၂ ပါးက တစ္ဦးတည္းေသာေတြ မဟုတ္ရင္ေတာ့ ၂ ေယာက္ယူခြင့္မရွိပါဘူး။ အရင္တုန္းက ဥပေဒ အရ ပထမ ယူတဲ့ သားသမီးက သမီးျဖစ္ေနရင္ ေနာက္တစ္ေယာက္ ထပ္ယူခြင့္ရွိပါတယ္။ ဒါကလည္း လူတိုင္းမဟုတ္ပဲ စည္းမ်ဥ္း ဥပေဒ ၾကီးပါတယ္။ ယခုေတာ့ ဘယ္လိုပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ရေတာ့မယ့အေနအထားပါ။

တရုတ္ျပည္သူမ်ားကေရာ၊ အစုိးရ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားကပါ ယခု အသစ္ခ် မွတ္လိုက္တဲ့ ဥပေဒကို ၾကိဳဆို ေထာက္ခံၾကေၾကာင္း သိရပါတယ္။

China's one-child policy to be relaxed as part of reforms package

China has revealed a range of substantial reforms that will affect tens of millions of people, including loosening its one-child policy and abolishing its controversial labour camps.
Chinese state media revealed the reforms on Friday night in a 22,000-word report detailing the results of the third plenum, a closed-door annual meeting of about 400 top party leaders, that has historically been used as a launching pad for substantial reforms. Plenums in 1978 and 1993 laid the foundations for China's current economic model, a combination of market capitalism and tight political control.
Couples in which one member is an only child will be allowed to have two children, China's state newswire Xinhua reported , citing the results of the plenumwhich ended in Beijing on Tuesday. While most people in China are still only allowed to have one child, some groups, including ethnic minorities, disabled people, and couples in which both members are only children, are allowed to have two.
