တရားလို အသက္ ၁၃ ႏွစ္အရြယ္ မိန္းကေလးကို လက္ထပ္ရန္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့ကာ မိန္းကေလးဘက္ကလည္း သ ေဘာတူညီရန္ ကမ္းလွမ္းထားသည္။ ဧျပီလ ၁၈ ရက္ ရက္စြဲျဖင့္ ရဲထံ တိုင္ခ်က္ဖြင့္စြပ္စြဲမႈကို မိန္း ကေလးက ဖ်က္သိမ္းလိုက္သည္ဟု လက္ေထာက္ လူထု အက်ိဳးေဆာင္ အာမတ္နာဇ္မင္းဇူလ္ကီဖလီ က တရားရံုး တြင္ ေျပာခဲ့သည္။

Malaysian girl, 13, agrees to marry 40-year-old who allegedly raped her

 

KOTA KINABALU, Sabah (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - A 40-year-old Malaysian restaurant manager has decided to marry a 13-year-old girl he had allegedly raped and she has agreed to accept his offer.
Deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Nazmeen Zulkifli told a Sessions Court here the girl withdrew her accusation against the accused in a police report on April 18.
The man had allegedly raped the student inside a parked car at a roadside on the morning of February 18.
He claimed trial to the alleged offence on Feb 28.
